The LMS Administrator role is pivotal in supporting the custom implementation, maintenance, and optimization of an advanced Learning Management System catering to the education and

training objectives of client partners. Reporting to the Learning Management Systems Manager, this role demands expertise in system configuration, user management, and customer service, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

User and Content Management

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS, ensuring appropriate access levels.

Oversee course publishing, archiving, enrollment, and progress tracking; manage course properties.

Create and manage event-specific and dynamic-content notifications.

Develop online assessments and evaluations within the LMS for various courses.

Provide comprehensive user support and training to ensure a positive learning experience.

System Configuration

Customize the visual interface of the LMS platform using CSS.

Develop and manage bespoke HTML content features.

Create tailored UI to deliver unique user experiences aligned with client requirements.

Organize the layout of platform pages based on extended enterprise client needs.

Enhancement and Monitoring

Generate and analyze standard and bespoke reports to facilitate data-driven decisions.

Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute suggestions.

Collaborate on technical documentation and procedures to enhance system functionality.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Coursework and/or certifications relating to Learning Management Systems a plus!

Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or similar role, including expertise in creating multi-instance environments.

Experience in Docebo preferred.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and APIs required.

Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure platform stability and performance.

Knowledge of configuring and customizing LMS platforms.

Familiarity with e-learning standards and system integrations.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Excellent collaboration and customer service skills.

Effective oral and written communication abilities to convey technical concepts clearly.

Quick adaptability to new technical skills.

Responsive and customer-focused attitude.

Strong attention to detail.
