We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Works Manager to oversee daily operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in office management or related fields. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, managing staff, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The Works Manager will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting team productivity through effective leadership and organizational expertise.
Duties
Prepare, submit, and manage
LMIA applications
(High-wage, Low-wage, PR Stream, GTS if applicable)
Coordinate job advertisements and recruitment efforts to meet LMIA requirements
Communicate with employers regarding documentation, timelines, and compliance
Ensure adherence to
ESDC and IRCC regulations
Track application status and government requests
Maintain accurate records and case files
Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and renewals
Provide guidance on employer compliance obligations
Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred
Knowledge of data entry procedures, filing systems, and clerical best practices
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling customer support inquiries
