The Role

We're looking for a

Licensed Life Insurance Advisor

who values meaningful work over meeting quotas. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted guide, helping clients make informed decisions about life insurance and long-term financial health. With warm leads, best-in-class tools, and a supportive team, you'll be set up for success from day one.

What You'll Do

Engage with clients to understand their financial priorities and coverage goals Recommend life insurance products tailored to each client's unique situation Build trust-based, long-term relationships through clear and honest communication Meet or exceed performance benchmarks while maintaining full compliance with industry standards Use our CRM system to manage client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records Stay informed on insurance products, regulatory updates, and market shifts Identify and recommend additional financial services where appropriate

What You Bring

Valid

LLQP license

and good standing with regulatory bodies

3+ years

of experience in life insurance or financial advisory services Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first approach Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly way Experience using CRM tools and other digital platforms A self-starter attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement
