We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our Business. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to achieve excellent results. The ideal candidate will manage crucial data entry, filing while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

LLQP LICENSE IS A MUST!!!!



Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow Make calls and provide excellent phone etiquette Assist with customer support and address inquiries in a timely manner Proactively Perform daily tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain and organize efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of documents Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed Support administrative functions such as typing, proofreading, and document preparation Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination Assist in managing schedules and appointments with customers Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to create reports and presentations possess social media and marketing skills as an asset.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a financial investment firm is required. Mutual Funds, Seg Funds, Stock Market, Taxes Knowledge is required.

LLQP, CSC Certification , or higher is a Must to perform this job.


( working experience under these certifications will also be considered)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Workspace and CRM Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Experience with fees, payments and QuickBooks is a plus Strong typing skills with the ability to proofread documents effectively Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism Cloud Digital Storage and data management
Ideal candidate should be passionate about contributing to a dynamic business growth, must have necessary skills and qualifications, shall play an essential role in improving sales and supporting our clients effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
