Job Description


We are currently looking for a qualified LLCM Brand Manager, Psychotic Disorders to join Lundbeck Canada. This is a temporary full-time job (6 month contract), reporting to the Director, Marketing & Sales, Psychotic Disorders.

Your Position:

During this short-term position (approximately 6 months) the incumbent will be responsible for the development of a Late Life Cycle Management brand plan supporting the commercialization of this brand in the Canadian market, they will also support the development and implementation plan of new omnichannel campaigns. In this role, the incumbent will need to partner with cross-functional teams, as well as with our co-promotion partner; a high level of collaboration, and comfort working in a co-promote environment is a definite must.

Project management (20%)

  • Plan, organize and facilitate all necessary meetings.
  • Manage the overall project by developing a comprehensive dashboard that will serve as the central document to track progress against workstreams objectives, key activities, and decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive presentations to communicate the plan, tactics and decisions depending on the different audiences.
LLCM brand planning (50%)
  • Develop an integrated Late Life Cycle Management brand plan within the 2025 brand planning process (includes advertising and promotion, direct marketing, PSP, supply and buying agreements, public relations, etc.).
  • Develop a cohesive tactical plan that addresses the brand\'s strategic Critical Success Factors spanning across the company\'s functions.
  • Select, brief, monitor and manage suppliers contracted to provide services.
  • Assess the LLCM strategy and tactics with relevant cross-functional partners. (e.g. Business Insights, PSP, Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs etc.)
  • Collaborate with Business Insights to assess financial & revenue impact of the different proposed tactics.
Digital & Omnichannel planning (20%)
  • Support the brand manager with the planning of omnichannel campaigns by liaising with suppliers, internal developers, and customer engagement team.
  • Assess brand analytics with brand manager and business insight analyst to identify opportunities where an omnichannel campaign could support brand growth and make recommendations.
Team leadership (10%)
  • Lead the cross-functional Brand Team and ensure strong & coordinated cross-functional workstreams.
  • Generate high commitment and enthusiasm towards achievement of a solid LLCM brand plan with all functions.
Position Qualifications:
  • University degree in communication, business and/or life sciences.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing would be a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of current pharmaceutical trends.
  • Knowledge of Health Canada regulations, PAAB code and IMC code of conduct as they relate to pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian CNS market is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Strong project management/planning/organizational skills.
