Live-In Maintenance Technician

to join our team and help oversee daily operations at one of our multi-unit apartment buildings. Must be familiar with working in apartment buildings in both occupied and vacant apartments.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Drywall repair Painting Flooring (tile & vinyl) Appliance repair Minor plumbing repair Minor electrical repair General knowledge of building systems

Requirements for the role:

Proven maintenance experience. Proven painting experience. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Experience performing routine maintenance. Strong organizational and follow up skills. Eye for detail. Professional presentation and attitude. Ability to maintain focus while working individually. Strong time management skills. Own reliable car to move around properties.
