Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care for individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home environments, and possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for those we serve.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients with dementia care or other cognitive impairments through patience and understanding. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.

Experience

Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with patient care techniques, including hospice care and working with individuals with disabilities. Knowledge of cleaning protocols and maintaining hygiene standards in a home setting is beneficial. A background in nursing or healthcare is advantageous but not required. Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
