You deliver on the following duties and responsibilities:

Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care Execute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer Help clients with their ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) that are within the scope of practice for a non registered health care provider Meets safety standards, using equipment safely and accurately Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Availability:

Live-In Full Time

Providing Live-In Care, including Overnight Care

Includes:

Separate Room + Washroom

Caregiver Requirements:

2 professional references Proficient In English Currently Enrolled in (or Completed) Caregiver Education Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (Less than 1 Year Old) Negative TB test (Less Than 2 Years Old) Proof of Health Care Certification Providing Live-In Care, including Overnight Care
