Job Title: Live Tenant Supervisor

The Canadian Mental Health Association - Cochrane Timiskaming Branch is currently recruiting a Live Tenant Supervisor for the Supportive Transitional Housing Units in Kirkland Lake.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Conduct periodic walk throughs of the facility for the following purposes:

After hour oversight of premises to ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness is maintained.

Report any rule, and policy violations promptly.

Support clients in connecting with Emergency Services after hours, as directed.

The Live in Tenant Supervisor will reside in a separate, detached 2-bedroom unit onsite. They will be supported by 24 hours on call system for direction. The individual must be available in the evenings and on the weekends. Further, they must possess a strong ability to maintain confidentiality, effectively and respectfully communicate, in a time manner. Support for time away for personal vacation will be accommodated.
