About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced

live-in superintendent

to manage a 120-unit residential building. This is a

live-in position only

, which is a mandatory job requirement. Approx 40 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform regular and preventive maintenance of the building's common areas, equipment, and systems. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting any issues. Respond promptly and professionally to tenants' maintenance requests and concerns. Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary. Monitor and maintain building safety and cleanliness standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a superintendent or similar building maintenance role for 1 year or more. Must pass security and safety, criminal record check and child Abuse Registry checks Strong knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle emergencies calmly. Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants and service providers. Must live on-site as part of the employment agreement (rental unit will be provided + work phone + internet)
