We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide exceptional care in . Duties
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and protocols
Support clients with dementia or cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques
Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive living environment
Assist with transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed
Skills
Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments preferred
Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and working with people with disabilities
Ability to administer medication safely and follow healthcare protocols
Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and healthcare teams
