About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual with strong

woodworking, carpentry, and general construction abilities

to join our

live event production team

. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple projects on the go. The ideal candidate has experience working with tools, building structures, and executing instructions accurately, while also managing small teams or crews as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and assemble event structures, scenic elements, and staging components Interpret and execute build plans and production designs Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Collaborate with production leads to meet project timelines Lead or supervise crew members as needed on-site Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or scenic construction Strong working knowledge of tools, materials, and build techniques Ability to read and follow instructions or design plans Experience in live event production or similar fast-paced environments is a strong asset Able to manage multiple priorities and shift between projects quickly Available to start immediately and commit to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed Team player with leadership qualities and strong communication skills

Preferred:

Experience managing teams or small crews Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own tools (a bonus, but not required)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
