We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing a positive experience for our guests. Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling Greet customers, take orders, and serve food in a courteous and efficient manner Manage cash transactions accurately and handle customer payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Assist with food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations All employees will be required to train on all stations. Employees must have a Friday, Saturday and Sunday Availability Employees must be able to close (work till 11:30pm) Some day-time shifts are available

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
