White & Associates Litigation Law is seeking a Litigation Associate for their Orangeville Office. We are a reputable boutique Law Office with over 30 years of experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our team. You'll work on a diverse range of litigation matters providing legal advice and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on a variety of litigation matters, including family, criminal, estate, and commercial litigation. Solid advocacy and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. Conduct legal research across a broad range of practice areas. Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients. Maintain a strong understanding of court rules, statutes, and relevant legislation. Work collaboratively with other members of the firm.

Skills

Member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in litigation. Strong analytical, drafting, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
