Compensation

Compensation is based entirely on a fee-split structure, depending on experience and volume of files. This model rewards initiative, performance, and client satisfaction -- offering exceptional earning potential in a stable, referral-driven practice.

What You Bring

3+ years of post-call experience in family or civil litigation. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. Strong courtroom and written advocacy skills. Strategic, compassionate, and client-focused approach. Motivated by both results and relationships, and take pride in doing what's right.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
