Job Description
Highly-rated law firm is looking to add a stellar construction litigation attorney to their growing team!
Must have at least 3 years of litigation experience to be considered.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of construction litigation experience experience required
- Licensed to practice in Alberta
- Areas of practice include commercial or civil litigation including construction defense, breach of contract, insurance defense, premises and product liability, tort, class actions or labor/employment
- Experience with discovery, motions, leading depositions, and pleadings
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
- Wonderful team atmosphere
