Based in Whitehorse, the Literacy Coach travels to First Nation School Board public schools in Yukon to work with school-based staff and students in implementing an evidence-based best practice approach for teaching foundational literacy skills. Our coaches believe all students will become successful readers. If you are passionate about literacy, have exceptional interpersonal skills, and have will have considerable experience developing, modifying and delivering literacy learning materials, and in supporting both students and adult learners, please consider this opportunity.
