Chestnut Park needs a Listings Coordinator who keeps the entire listing pipeline tight, accurate, and fast. You handle the administrative backbone of every property that enters the system and make sure agents have what they need without friction.
Core Responsibilities
Listing Administration
Process all listing paperwork and distribute listing information across front desk and office systems.
Confirm every required document is received, completed correctly, and compliant.
Brokerload listings to MLS and manage all exclusive listings from intake to activation.
Offer and Document Support
Prepare and type offers and all related forms with precision.
Handle general typing and document formatting as required.
Marketing and Advertising Coordination
Coordinate weekly listing advertising in the Globe and Mail, National Post, Sing Tao, and other print outlets.
Support ongoing marketing projects linked to active and upcoming listings.
Communication and Distribution
Page daily listings and prepare BrokerBay Friday Exclusives.
Act as the point of support for agents using WebForms and DocuSign.
Training and Process Support
Train agents and evening front desk staff on WebForms, REALM, and related office processes.
Maintain consistency in how listing data and documents move through the office.
