Reporting to the Liquor Manager, the Liquor Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the Liquor store including sales, delivering world-class customer service, receiving merchandise, stocking products, cleaning shelves, helping customers, merchandising and displaying products, making end caps displays, maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to work in the Liquor Store. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience in a retail environment with 1 year of Supervisory or Leadership experience. Must demonstrate effective team leadership skills and work well within multi-generational teams. Applicants should be self-reliant, goal-oriented and able to set and adjust priorities and schedules. Must possess a valid Pro-Serve Certificate or be eligible to obtain within 30 days.
