Liquor Store Sales Associate
Job Description
We are currently looking for an energetic, positive, responsible person who is passionate about Wine, Beer and Spirits. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Stocking shelves and cooler
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Maintain clean and safe environment for the customers and staff members
Qualifications:
Must be 19+ years of age
Must have Serving It Right Certificate
Previous 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to lift +40lbs
Able to operate the POS system
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
