What you'll do:

Reporting to the Liquor Manager, the Sales Clerk will be responsible for:


Engaging and interacting with guests to create a positive shopping experience - in person and on the phone. Consulting with and providing expert advice to customers within the liquor department. Ensuring proper merchandising and housekeeping standards within the Liquor department including adequate display, stock, and rotation of products. Processing sales and operating the Point-of-Sale system, completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned. Inspecting all received goods to ensure the quality and completeness of the order, and when required order and receive products. Maintaining a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors. Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements. You must be 19 years of age or older with Serve It Right Certification Preference given to candidates with experience in the retail liquor industry Must be capable of lifting up to 30kg Must be available a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
