Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote technical assistance
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of computer and software
• Working with Linux desktop environment
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Ability to establish priorities and manage workload effectively and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in computer science, or relevant subject
• Minimum of 1 years working experience with Linux environment
• Basic to intermediate IT software, hardware, and network setup
• Excellent communication, technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
