Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced wireless products, diving into WiFi 6, WiFi 7, and 802.11 technologies. Create and optimize firmware for devices leveraging OpenWRT and 802.11s MESH protocols. Collaborate on the development of groundbreaking 5G wireless products. Work with WLAN chipsets, especially Qualcomm, to deliver high-performance solutions. Build and maintain cross-compilers, toolchains, and development environments. Contribute to kernel, device driver, and application-level open-source Linux development.

Qualifications

Linux Expertise

: 4+ years of Linux experience, with deep familiarity in system and application-level development.

OpenWRT Proficiency

: 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenWRT, Wi-Fi Qualcomm stacks, or open-source alternatives.

WLAN Chipsets

: Practical experience with Qualcomm WLAN chipsets is a must.

MESH Protocols

: Experience with 802.11s and similar MESH protocols is highly desirable.

Toolchain Mastery

: Strong experience setting up cross-compilers, toolchains, and build environments.

Yocto Skills

: Experience with Yocto and similar build systems.

Educational Background

: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical expertise.

Hobby Background

: Strong DIY in Computer Programming, Electronics, Radio.
