Job Description

Seeking a LinkedIn sales specialist experienced qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and supporting account executives. Responsibilities include using tools like CRM and Sales Navigator to identify needs, generate new business, conduct outreach, and set up meetings. The role requires strong communication and product knowledge, with a focus on pipeline development and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities

Lead generation and management:

Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails) and inbound efforts.

Prospect communication:

Build and maintain relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products or services.

Sales pipeline development:

Manage a high volume of interactions to build a strong sales pipeline for account executives.

Collaboration:

Work with account executives to design industry-specific outreach strategies and schedule demonstrations.

Product knowledge:

Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and solutions.

CRM and reporting:

Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to accurately track communication and progress, and report on sales activities.
Qualifications

Experience:

A bachelor's degree and 1+ year in a metrics-driven sales role, or 3+ years of equivalent experience if no degree.

Skills:

Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics is often preferred. Familiarity with social selling techniques and tools like Sales Navigator is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.75-$22.00 per hour
