My Top Drawer is a fine lingerie and swim retailer with 5 locations in southern Ontario. We require an energetic sales assistant for the Simcoe boutique-- part time. We are looking for someone with some experience in an upscale women's boutique with a love of sales and a love for beautiful lingerie. We will train the 'right fit' for our position. My Top Drawer also offers bonus incentives based on sales. The successful candidate will be able to enhance the shopping experience and the customer's satisfaction by recommending garments to suit the client's needs. Great people skills, a positive attitude, honesty, strong work ethic and a love of quality garments is essential. Computer literacy and some shift flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities

: Greeting and engaging with clients measure, assess and fit clients in foundation garments and swim wear Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service skills Build client relationships with the My Top Drawer brand Continue with ongoing product knowledge to help provide best fits for guests Maintain visual merchandising and general store appearance Recommend products for future needs of guests Sort and replenish garments daily locate and pick items for store transfer or web sales

Requirements:

Great Communication and interpersonal skills

strong organizational skills And keen eye and a passion for fashion experience in wearing a bra Moderate computer skills Ability to use a step ladder on occasion Able to lift 5 lbs Able to stand for extended periods of time Comfortable with cashing out and professionally closing a sale Minimum high school diploma. Saturdays are required as this is a retail position
