We are currently seeking a skilled

Line Cook

to join our culinary team and contribute to the heart of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. Set up your station with all necessary ingredients and equipment, ensuring mise en place is complete for service. Cook and plate dishes for service across various stations (e.g., grill, saute, fry, pantry) with speed and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all food safety and health regulations. Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen brigade and front-of-house team to ensure seamless timing and communication during service. Monitor food inventory and assist in restocking and receiving supplies as needed. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and driven team atmosphere.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during high-volume service. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence.
