Rotating Days and Afternoons (Actual times to be determined)

Hourly Rate:

25.76-28.14

Additional pay:

Eligible for a flock performance bonus

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and execute daily production activities based on current orders and historical production data. Accurately record production metrics using designated documentation tools. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow Line Technicians to optimize production flow. Supervise employees responsible for monitoring product quality, ensuring standards are consistently met. Provide clear direction and guidance to production area staff. Proactively manage waste and quality concerns to maintain operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of employee work hours. Support the Machine Operator and assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations. Work a flexible schedule, including day and afternoon shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
