What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Reporting to the Manager, Line Review Quality and Execution, the Line Review Operations Student, is a key member of the line review team that works directly with the Line Review Consultants and other cross-functional teams on the execution of retail-ready Deal Letters that meet the highest quality standards. The Deal Letter is the document and ordering tool that our Dealers (store owners) use to make product assortment and buying decisions.

  • Ensures all relevant Deal Letter data has been collected from cross functional teams and initiates the Quality Check process.
  • Cross references and verifies data pertinent to ALL Deal Letters using Excel functions specifically V Lookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Proofs Deal Letters including strategy documents, product descriptions, and images.
  • Generates Deal Letter worksheets and verifies they function as intended
  • Maintain log/scorecard of quality issues through the Quality Check process.
  • Coordinates all necessary email communication between cross functional teams when a Deal Letter is complete and ready to publish to the Store Portal.
  • Submits Deal Letter and any related documents for publishing to Store Portal.
  • Archives completed Deal Letters.
  • Performs SKU uploads to Deal file.
  • Tracks progress of Deals mailing each week.
What you bring:
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in business administration, retail management, or a related discipline
  • Previous retail experience and asset
  • Previous co-op experience an asset
  • Proficiency in Power Point and Excel
  • Motivated self-starter who displays strong initiative and passion for the retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
