Summary

We are seeking a Line Lead to join our dynamic team at Feature Foods International Inc. In this role, you will oversee production line operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the quality of our products while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the production line to ensure smooth workflow. Train and mentor production staff on best practices for food safety and sanitation. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to meet company standards. Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues on the production line as needed.

Requirements

Experience in the food industry is essential, with knowledge of food safety protocols. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Basic math skills for inventory management and production reporting. Mechanical knowledge is an asset for troubleshooting equipment issues. Familiarity with forklift operations is preferred but not mandatory.
