Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our vibrant restaurant in CA as a server or kitchen assistant. This role is vital in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and community. Join us in creating memorable meals for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. Assist in food handling and meal preparation as needed. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy hours. Support inventory management by notifying management of supply needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to busy restaurant hours. Basic cooking skills preferred. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Knowledge of local ingredients and suppliers is a plus.
