We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Knowledge of the food industry standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality meals
