Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and safety standards Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Serve food promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours Adhere to all health regulations and sanitation standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed Passion for the food industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
