Duties

Prepare and cook

menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices. Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a

Pakistani or Indian

restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff members. A passion for cooking and serving high-quality meals to customers. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
