We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, blanching and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Support the kitchen team in meal assembly and plating for service
Adhere to all food safety protocols and restaurant policies at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Kitchen experience including meal preparation and food safety practices is highly desirable
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A positive attitude, teamwork-oriented mindset, and commitment to high-quality service are essential
