We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests when required

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer preferences is a plus Experience with food service operations, including serving guests when necessary, is desirable Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control

Pay: $15.00-$19.77 per hour
