Line cooks set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies. They prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Must be able to multi task line cookery and prep work.
This position will work very closely with the Kitchen manager and other line cooks.
This position starts immediately.
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES
Station set up and utensil set up
Cooking efficiently and organization, bill organization and plating
Daily cleaning tasks and sanitation rotation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
One - two years of related culinary experience
FoodSafe (Required)
Restaurant or catering experience (Required)
Be hands on and be prepared to work weekends
Ability to multi-task with an eye for detail
Organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Full Time Mornings 8AM-4PM
Full Time Evenings (4PM-10:30PM)
Part Time Shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (8AM-4PM)
