, 30 minutes west of Calgary and 25 minutes south of Cochrane, perfect for whether you're stopping in for lunch after coming off the trails, enjoying a romantic night out in our dining room, or relaxing with friends on our summer patio.

We are currently looking for two full-time line cooks, with a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, who are highly motivated and can work well with our current kitchen staffs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required Follow recipes and presentation specifications Ensure all plates that leave the kitchen meet taste and presentation standards Manage, direct, and train kitchen staff, as needed Oversee and ensure kitchen and its equipment operates/are operated efficiently, professionally, and safely, in accordance with our high-quality standards Clean and maintain station in compliance with all sanitation and health and safety standards Maintain kitchen inventory and record of food, supplies, and equipment Monitor and control food production to reduce wastage, spillage, and control rotation of stock, inventory levels, and food costs Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in a kitchen setting or 1 year of culinary experience in Italian cuisine required Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Knowledge of food preparation and food health and safety standards Ability to effectively manage, direct, lead and work alongside teammates Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with excellent customer service Time management and multi-tasking skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
