We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, following recipes, plating dishes, and cleaning the kitchen. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety standards are met, and working collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Follow health and safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
Understand and follow basic recipes and special instructions.
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
