Overview:

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes under the guidance of the kitchen supervisor - Operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or relevant role in the food service industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Understanding of basic cooking methods and techniques
