As a Line Cook/Prep, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality meals are served to our guests. Reporting to the Owner, you will utilize your core skills in food handling, safety, and meal preparation to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
• Ensure all food is handled safely and in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in meal preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely meal delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with food storage and organization.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
