We are delighted to be hiring experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook/Banquet Cook/ to join our crew! Ideally, we are looking for individuals with passion for cooking and culinary arts. You must be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others, have a positive attitude and communicate well.

Basic Responsibilities for each candidate:



Maintain a clean and orderly work area Adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Initiative with helping maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen (replacing sanitation buckets, refilling soap dispensers, changing garbage bins etc.)

Line and Banquet Cook Responsibilities/Duties:



Maintain a high-quality product in a very fast-paced line cooking environment Open to learning new techniques and ideas while also bringing creativity to the team Preparation of produce, protein and setting up the line accordingly before service Ensures each dish are done in high quality Communicate ticket times to team members to ensure timely delivery of meals. Answer, report and follow up with the Head Chef or Exec Sous Chef Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.

Prep Cook Responsibilities/Duties:



Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat accordingly Prepare simple dishes such as salads, sandwiches and entrees Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and sweeping the floor etc. Ensure all food and other items are stored and wrapper properly Must be able to lift 50 lbs of weight Perform other duties as assigned by the chefs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
