Intermezzo Restaurant first opened in Vernon in 1977. We are a small family-run restaurant where we pride ourselves on our quality food and outstanding customer service. The Bistro - by Intermezzo

We opened our second location, The Bistro - by Intermezzo, in 2021. All the warm charm and care by the Intermezzo team, in a gorgeous dining room overlooking Swan Lake. Located in the Castle hotel and open for 5 days a week, The Bistro still has all the unique flavours that you know and love from the wine cellar with the addition of new and fun dishes!

Job Details

We are looking for someone to join our team who brings enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for cooking! While not required, we prefer applicants to have previous experience working in the food service industry. We have full-time and part-time positions available! Professionalism, attention to detail, and high standards are a must! We are looking for someone who brings uniqueness, positivity, and culinary knowledge to our team of skilled chefs.

All of our menu items are prepared by our team in-house, featuring culinary dishes from around the world. While Intermezzo specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, we offer a widely expanded menu that includes Italian and European fare! From fresh seafood dishes and quality Canadian steak to unique flavours like saffron and truffle.
