Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications. Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces. Ensure that all food handling and safety guidelines are followed meticulously. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Help develop new menu items by providing input on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to assist others in the kitchen as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$22.67 per hour
