We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food handling practices comply with health regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow all safety protocols while operating kitchen equipment and handling food products. Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
