reliable, skilled, and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook

to join our small but mighty team. If you love working with food, have a good attiude, and thrive under pressure, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepping fresh ingredients and sauces to spec daily (consistency is key!) Cooking to order during service - working the grill, fryer, or assembly line depending on the shift Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Assisting with daily setup and cleanup of the truck Following food safety and sanitation standards Pitch in across all areas of the truck. we work as a team and share the load equally, no one gets stuck doing just the grunt work Keeping the good vibes going even during the rush

Who You Are:

You've got solid

knife skills

and are confident using kitchen equipment (grills, deep fryers, etc.) You're a

team player

who can handle a fast-paced environment without losing your cool You're

reliable

- you show up on time, ready to work, no ghosting You take

pride in your work

and care about the quality of what you're serving Bonus if you have food truck, street food, or short order experience - but not required
