Job Overview

We are seeking an upbeat, enthusiastic, reliable individual for a Line Cook position at the Belvedere Golf and Country Club. Must be able to drive. At least 2 years culinary experience preferred. Duties include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

A La Carte and Banquet services Concession Set up Assist in putting away food deliveries Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setup and breakdown of workstations.

Skills

Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. Capability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in food quality. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and cuisines.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
