We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring for various dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setup, cooking, plating, and cleanup.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in meal preparation techniques with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff and management. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
