Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Albert's Family Restaurant. This role is vital for maintaining our high standards of food quality and service. You will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering delicious meals that bring families together.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets health regulations. Assist with meal preparation and kitchen organization. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service Uphold the restaurant's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
