Are you ready to create mouth-watering dishes with exceptional precision? We're looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Line Cook.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Masterfully prepare consistently excellent food using established recipes and portioning guidelines.

Take charge of opening and closing duties, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

Collaborate with our Catering Coordinator to ensure all banquet event orders are flawlessly executed.

Skillfully prep food items for service, avoiding any unnecessary waste.

Safeguard food quality by diligently dating and rotating containers while adhering to proper temperature guidelines.

Proactively monitor inventory levels, identifying potential shortages and communicating any out-of-stock items.

Assist in devising strategies to optimize food costs, minimize waste, and control usage.

Seamlessly operate and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment, including deep fryers, broilers, steamers, and more.

Be a reliable team player, always willing to lend a hand where needed.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, embodying our commitment to excellence.

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

A self-starting personality with a consistently calm disposition.

Previous cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Possession of a valid food handler's certification.

Impeccable professionalism and appearance at all times.

A team-oriented mindset, always ready to support others.

Experience in banquet preparation is a plus.

Experience in preparing Western comfort food.

Proficient in computer skills.

Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items in a commercial kitchen, on a regular basis

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
