Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue is looking for a competent, responsible, and experienced part time line cook for Thursday to Sunday.

If you are a hard worker looking for an opportunity, send your resume and apply. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Must be punctual, reliable and have great communication skills, and work with the team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knife skills are an asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assists in supervision and instruction of subordinates as necessary. Take Charge of a shift in the absence of the Kitchen Manager. Responsible for checking supplies and create an order if necessary. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Deliver meat from grill to guests in a timely manner. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Response promptly and courteously to any request Be ready and willing to assist fellow grill servers or cooks as situation arise Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by my kitchen manager. Be trainable and always willing to learn how to prepare meats.
